Reverend Bruton has served in Pastoral Ministry for over 30 years and is presently the Pastor of New Faith Baptist Church, Lyman, SC. He is serving in his 13th year as Pastor of New Faith Baptist Church.
Mrs. Melva Bruton, First Lady
Mrs. Melva Bruton serves along side Pastor Jimmie L. Bruton as First Lady of New Faith Baptist Church. She is active in the local Greenville and Vicinity Interdenominational Ministers' Wives and Ministers' Widows. She has served on the local, state, regional and International levels of this great sisterhood. She was crowned the 2015 Queen of the International Association of Ministers' Wives & Ministers' Widows. She served as the 15th State President of the South Carolina Association of Ministers' Wives and Ministers' Widows, from 2012- 2016. She also served for 16 years on the Finance team of the IAMWMW. On December 2, 2017, she was inducted into the IAMWMW Hall of Fame in Richmond, Virginia.
